Re: ANNOUNCEMENT: NAQT Region 6 SCT @ NGCSU (Feb 6, 2010)
Overall, this tournament ran pretty smoothly, especially after we got back from lunch. We did have a couple of slow readers/rounds in the morning - in one case, we only got through 14 tossups in the 20 minutes. That particular reader also got very huffy at us for something as innocuous as reminding ...

Jeff, I sent an email to errata@naqt but didn't see in this thread that you asked for issues to be sent to register@naqt. First off, thanks to UGA for hosting this tournament. Despite some logistical issues, our team had fun and it was *by far* the most competitive college tournament I've ever been to. Unless they had random additional losses I wasn't aware of, UGA went 10-2 for 3rd and GT A was 9-3 for 4th. Southside was really impressive, including their B team putting up good performances against some pretty good teams from what I heard/saw.

Printing packets takes 20 minutes. Yeah, I mean, printing and collating is like an hour, tops. True, but there are one or two teams listed here that, as far as I know, didn't attend any of the 3 southeast Fall sites, which is partially what I meant.
But ah right, for some reason I temporarily forgot that UTK was on a Sunday. Yeah, that probably hurt.
