Notre Dame explicitly forbade an off-campus bank account.

Texas A&M doesn't forbid the off-campus accounts, but provides banking to sanctioned student organizations free of charge.

We had 4 teams in College Station yesterday. After a triple round-robin, Rice A was 8-1, and A&M A was 7-2. After falling behind late in the second half, Rice A rallied to win the first game of the advantaged final, 195-190.

Yes, actually, I would argue that an increase of 50 teams year-to-year, regardless of how accomplished, is pretty damn explosive.
