I'm looking for teammates for this. A packet has already been submitted (waiting on Jerry to let me know which discount it counts for), so no writing would be required for said teammates. I could be looking for as few as 1 or as many as 3 (I wish that I knew more, but my potential teammates, Chris H...

There's lots of good advice in this thread; I will add something that has saved my tournaments on multiple occasions and thwarted tournaments I've been to that didn't do it, which is that you print out the form confirming your room reservations and give copies to multiple people on staff. I can make no promises that Rutgers would come, but attempts could be made for any proposed weekend, though December would be the preferred time for T-Party for us. Also, if we're coming, we're writing a packet. What kind of a submission schedule would you be looking at for a 12/5 tournament?

CURRENT FIELD I'm not totally clear on how the teams will be composed, (some mix of Stanford, Berkeley, Seth, Jerry, Auroni, Sid, Jeremy, am I forgetting anyone?) but we'll have 4 teams. It looks like there will be some sort of mirror at Berkeley or at Stanford, probably on the 8th, but I suppose it could happen on the 9th if people speak up very soon and say that that's better.
