I can't speak for Tufts Quiz Bowl but I would be highly surprised if we sent a team to a regular difficulty event. Perhaps this was intended, but I was able to get the zeta function question at the end just by knowing what letter comes after epsilon. Granted, that was the last clue so anyone who knew it probably would've gotten it by then, but maybe it would've been better to say "named after a Greek letter...

Meh, I joined the Mogul league during my freshman year and had plenty of time to do it (assuming you're referring to time during the year and not time in the summer leading up to freshman year). Just saying.

Santa Monica will be undergoing some rebuilding. I'd expect them to be good next year, but not as good as this year. Of course, if a couple of them decide it's worth their time to do a lot of studying instead of partying they could be better than we were, but I wouldn't count on that.
