The bonus part on Pacinian corpuscles didn't sufficiently differentiate them from Meissner's corpuscles. Both of them are lamellar and respond to vibration and pressure, and by the transitive property they must therefore both be similar to whatever Herbst corpuscles are. I was intending to say some...

I was going to reply to this thread yesterday, before the thread had approximately doubled in size. I had several things in mind to say, but now I'm no longer sure if they've already been discussed.
