University of Minnesota Quizbowl will be writing the Minnesota Undergraduate Tournament for March 2013. Questions will be written by Rob Carson, Mike Cheyne, Bernadette Spencer, Andrew Hart, Matt Menard (of UChicago), and Gaurav Kandlikar.
Eligibility: Only undergraduate and high school students can play this tournament. If you are a grad student, you may not play.
Difficulty: The difficulty of MUT 2013 will be in line with previous MUT sets (2012, 2011, 2010).
Mirrors: We would like to see this set mirrored across the country from March 16th into May. Please contact me at gaurav[dot][email protected] if you'd like to mirror this set. Mirror fee will be $30/team.

I might wager a guess that this is slightly harder than the last few years' MUTs and may be more in keeping with the original difficulty of the tournament which is sort of in between straight up "novice"/Fall and regular difficulty.

Maybe, I don't remember what Winter was supposed to be. Early (first 2 or so years) MUT's I think are a better comparison.
