Staying Motivated over the Summer

How do you guys stay motivated during the summer? As a freshman, this is my first summer of quizbowl, and I intend to study a lot over the course of it, I just fear I might lose some motivation since there won't be any upcoming tournaments or practices to attend.

In general it helps to set up some sort of concrete goals you'd like to reach, perhaps make a list of what you want to go over and make sure you've reached certain parts of it by different segments of the summer

Summer practices over Skype are also a great way to stay motivated and interested.

Yeah, I joined the HSQB Discord, and it seems they do packet readings most night, so I'm fairly excited to do more of those.
