In order to apply for a grant, send an email to PACE Treasurer Michael Bentley at firstname.lastname@example.org and PACE Vice-President of Outreach Nicholas Karas at email@example.com with the subject line "PACE Outreach Fund - [organization or school name]". Application emails must include details about the proposed outreach, including: method of outreach, approximate length of program, number of schools expected to be reached, and approximate cost of the program. Please note that since this is a pilot year for the Outreach Fund, PACE cannot guarantee that funding will last the whole year; applications will be considered in the order that they are received. Applications will be processed and applicants will be notified of the status of their application within two weeks.
Organizations must also either provide receipts up front or send receipts to PACE no later than 30 days after the completion of their outreach. Organizations that do not comply with this will not be permitted to apply for further outreach funds.
PACE would also like to thank Fred Morlan for his generous support of this program. Fred donated the profits from this year's Introductory Collegiate Collaborative Set to PACE in order to help fund the PACE Outreach Fund.
