I have created paper scoresheets (for ACF & NAQT format) that look nice and take up a full sheet of paper:
ACF with 15 point powers - 20 tossups, 4 tiebreakers tossups; can be used for NAQT if you're just reading the first 20 tossups.
ACF without powers - 20 tossups, 4 tiebreaker tossups
NAQT - 24 tossups, 4 tiebreaker tossups
If you'd like to compile your own and print scoresheets with an event name and packet name / password pre-filled, you can get the source at writeLaTeX (see the two lines just above \begin{document}).
Depending on your pdf viewer and zoom level (Adobe is terrible about this), the scoresheet may look anywhere from correct to very wrong; however, it prints correctly.
Feedback welcome through PM or otherwise.

Re: Paper Scoresheets
These are cool. We used them for CO, and they're nice and big and easy to write on. Thanks for making them.

Re: Paper Scoresheets
The dark background has been creating some problems on printed vs. copied scoresheets and other stuff, so I've removed it and re-uploaded the scoresheets. Re-grab a PDF if you need.
