Middle School Teams Near Memphis, TN

My high school quiz bowl team is thinking of hosting a Middle-School tournament this year as a fundraiser, and before we decide, we were wondering if there were even any middle school teams who would be able to make it to a tournament in Memphis. To be clear, we have not officially decided to host and a date has not been set. We are just asking for middle school teams who would be able to make it to a Memphis tournament.

According to http://www.naqt.com/stats/results.jsp?ms=yes there weren't any middle school tournaments this year in Tennessee, so you'll probably have to do outreach to the teams yourself. Good luck!

Also according to http://naqt.com/stats/school-search.jsp ... =&STATE=TN, there are four schools that participate in quiz bowl that are in Tennessee and registered with NAQT, although I am not sure how far those schools are from Memphis. You could also try to ask middle schools in your area to try your tournament, even if they have not participated in quiz bowl before.
