New Michigan Team Looking for Tournaments

Postby 313carolyn » Wed Sep 28, 2011 9:02 pm

We have recruited players, begun practices, and are ready to compete. No local leagues have openings, so we will only be playing in tournaments this year. The only problem is that we can't find any tournaments until December! We are ready to start playing now!

Any suggestions?

We're hosting a novice tournament on October 22nd. The thread for that tournament can be found here:

There's also a tournament being held at White Cloud High School in White Cloud. I think the date for that one is October 8th. I'm sure if you contact our coach, he could give you their coach's contact info.

I don't know if there's an announcement thread for it, but MSU is hosting a Harvard Fall mirror on November 12. While it would be great for your team to be there, be warned that, based on past experience, this tournament is likely to be more challenging than a typical high school tournament.

Hey you go to Cabrini? I live in Dearborn. I live in Ann Arbor right now and I don't have my car, but if you guys ever want someone to run a practice or just help get things started when I'm in town let me know.
