There were 14 eligible teams and one exhibition team consisting of three student players from different London universities. Round robins were played in groups of 8 and 7, followed by a playoff with a single crossover rebracket.

Oxford A cleared the field and won the tournament outright. They were followed by Cambridge A on three losses, then Warwick A and Oxford B both on four losses. The "London" team finished 9-2 which would have placed them second.

Prelim scorers over 50 PPG were: Jonathan Elliott (Sheffield), Bob de Caux (Southampton), Joey Goldman (Oxford A), Ewan MacAulay (Oxford A), Evan Lynch (Cambridge A), Jonathan Foxwell (Oxford C).

An exhibition final was played between Oxford A and the four highest scoring players from the players from non-Oxford universities. These were James Leahy (Warwick), Bob de Caux (Southampton), Jonathan Elliott (Sheffield), and Evan Lynch (Cambridge). Exhibition beat Oxford A by 375 - 325. Joey Goldman scored 5 2 1 +90 but was pipped by James Leahy with 5 2 0 +95.

A video was taken of the final - together with an audio recording of the playoff game between Oxford A and Warwick A, it will be made public as soon as the ICT DII set is clear (next weekend, I believe).

Thanks to all the players for coming, to many moderators and Briticisers for their assistance, and to NAQT for the bulk of the questions.
