1st Annual Samford University Tournament

Post by aaroncarr72 »

This post is to announce/get a feel for interest in the very first (and hopefully annual) Samford University High School Tournament. The tournament is open to all high school teams, and is to be held on November 14th. We're still unsure about format, but if there is interest in this, we'll be posting more details very quickly.

If interested, contact Aaron Carr at [email protected] and put Quiz Bowl or something similar in the subject line so you don't get deleted as spam.

Brindlee Mountain will be there with 3-4 teams, providing that you use a "legitimate" format/question provider.

St. Andrew's from Ridgeland, MS would be interested if the question set doesn't overlap with other tournaments.

Yeah... We need to know soon. Buckhorn is holding their tournament on this day. If Samford isn't happening, we will go to Buckhorn.
