NAQT Guidelines for using SQBS

NAQT has published a set of guidelines for using SQBS when reporting the results of a tournament to NAQT:

The idea is that following these will make it easier for NAQT to import results into its statistics database:

without inducing errors (such as crediting a team to the wrong school).
These are not mandatory; NAQT won't withhold the $50 credit for reporting results if they aren't followed . . . but we do ask that hosts consider adopting them as it will make our life easier and reduce the lag between the submission of results and when they appear in our database.
