POMMSS Mirror: 3/11/17@ Gar-Field HS (Woodbridge, VA)

I am pleased to announce a mirror of the POMMSS set (written by Michigan State) at Gar-Field HS in Woodbridge, Virginia. More information about the set can be found here: http://www.hsquizbowl.org/forums/viewto ... 09&t=19431.
This tournament will be played on March 11th, serving as a great opportunity for schools from Northern Virginia, Richmond, DC, Maryland, etc. to test their skills (especially for VA schools looking for a warm-up before NAQT states!) Our address is 14000 Smoketown Road, Woodbridge VA 22192. We will have registration from 8:00-9:00, with the goal of beginning Round 1 by 9:15.
The field cap is 24 teams, with all teams guaranteed 10 rounds. There is no limit for how many teams one school can bring. Each team is limited to six students with four playing at one time--there will be an opportunity to substitutes to enter after each half.
Fees and Discounts:
$70 per team, $60 for each subsequent team
-$5 for each working buzzer system
-$15 for each competent moderator
-$15 per 150 miles traveled (one way)
Minimum Cost per team: $40
Payment and Registration:
Please email [email protected] to confirm the number of teams, buzzers, and moderators your school is bringing or if you have any questions.
Payment in cash or check is acceptable. Please make your checks out to "Gar-Field HS It's Academic" and let me know if your school requires a W-9.
