The Quizbowl Resource Center

We are pleased to announce Georgetown's mirror of the Washington-Hickman Academic Questionfest (WHAQ) on January 14, 2017. More information about the set can be found here. The field cap is 24 teams with the possibility of expansion, and all teams are guaranteed at least 10 rounds.

Fees and Discounts:

$70 per team, $65 for each subsequent team
-$5 for each working buzzer system
-$10 for each competent moderator
-$10 per 100 miles traveled
-$35 for new teams (have not played quiz bowl since the 2013-2014 school year)

Minimum Cost per team: $40
Minimum Cost per New Team: $10

Payment in cash or check is acceptable. Please make your checks out to Georgetown University Quiz Bowl.

We are pleased to announce that this tournament is now platinum certified by PACE, so the teams finishing in the top 25% of the field will qualify for PACE's NSC.
