The same thing happened last year; it didn't seem that it was too detrimental for either party.

As Ben beat me to mentioning, these two tournaments nearly 200 miles apart in a state with hundreds of high school quizbowl teams were also held on the same date last year (on which yet another tournament was also held). This is normal for Missouri.

Not sure how else to reach you - your user name is not a valid email, and I've tried to leave a pm.

Washington HS would like to register two teams.

Could you also post something on moquizbowl.com? That board has a lot more traffic from coaches in the state than this one.

Southwestern H.S. in Piasa, Illinois, is interested in registering a team. Would you mind sending me the registration information? Much appreciated.

After the end of the playoffs, Hannibal finished 5-0 in the playoff round robin and Helias and Orchard Farm A finished 3-2. Orchard Farm A won the 2nd place game 210-180 after an impressive first-line buzz by Tyler Woosencraft. Congratulations to all of the teams, and good luck at nationals!
