Northeastern Academic Tournament (November 1, 2014)

Hi everyone!

Northeastern University is excited to host our first Invitational, NEAT (Northeastern Academic Tournament), to be held on November 1st, 2014. We will be using a regular NAQT set - IS-140. Prelims will use a single round-robin format, followed by playoffs. The field is currently capped at 16 teams, and this is not likely to change, although I will post here if we can expand the field.

Fee Structure
$80 base fee per team
-$10 staffer discount
-$10 buzzer discount
+$10 for a paper copy of the set

Registration
Please send an email clearly stating how many teams/staffers/buzzers you are bringing to [email protected]. In addition, please include a team contact's name/email/and cell phone. We will send more information about logistics and transportation information closer to the tournament date.

Each team may have up to 6 players on its roster (although only 4 may play at any given time).

Update: PACE has awarded NEAT gold certification - the top 20% of teams will qualify for PACE NSC.
