Long Island NHBB set switch

Post by Great Bustard »

Long Island is now on C set, to give Westchester and Northern NJ an easier time to compete on a different set, since it's highly unlikely we'll have a NYC tournament this year. For those worrying about difficulty, don't. The difference between B and C is minor. Many good DC area teams (RM, Whitman, GDS, etc.) played C set and enjoyed it last month. It's certainly fine for Long Island. Meanwhile, we encourage Long Island teams to come to Ridgewood, NJ (20 minutes from the GW Bridge) on Feb. 4 for a B set tournament (which yours truly will be directing). And we thank Kellenberg for playing B set in Westchester last weekend, blazing a trail for Long Island teams to play NHBB off the island as well as on it.
