SQBS settings

Does anyone know how t'o set up the SQBS settings for ftp'ing scores directly to the tournament board on this site?
I have figured out how to upload each file manually through "Manage stat reports", but wouldn't it be cool to use the one-click settings? Your help would be appreciated
