I am currently helping out a MS tournament at Rockwood. Unfortunately, we SQBS was deleted from the computer recently after a serious crash, and now it won't download from the Stanford site. We have gotten nothing but a 403 error. Can anyone help?

It looks like this link works - this is the standalone Windows version that doesn't require going through an installer: http://ai.stanford.edu/~csewell/sqbs/QBS.exe
The Mac version may be available here (according to this post), but the site isn't loading for me: http://www.onqba.ca/stats/SQBS.zip
