I believe there was a tossup on the Chiefs in this tournament that referred to them as being quarterbacked by Alex Smith. That is now incorrect, as he was traded to Washington several months ago.

In about a month I'll be moving to Milwaukee to start a new job. I'll do my best to keep playing opens and generally staying involved in quizbowl, and who knows, may even try to get a stronger Wisconsin circuit going?

Can I see the tossup on "ports?" I misinterpreted it the way I heard it as referring to Kingston and got really confused, and am not sure if that should be on me, the moderator, or the packet.

I wasn't sure if the conceit of this tournament could work over 100 tossups, but it absolutely did and it was a blast! If you're at all interested in this sort of stuff, this event is a must-play.

I'd love to play a mirror of this at SSNCT/another NAQT national like last year, and would toss in a few bucks to make sure it happens.
