Staffing ballot: I use a magic formula to balance quantity and quality. 1) Rick "Rhino" Catibog - all around nice guy who will staff everything and do whatever's needed to help out. Brings buzzers and is willing to travel to staff. 2) Me - makes the best memes in Canadian QB 3) Aaron Dos Remedios - ...

This is a tough ranking to tackle. I used some magic formula to balance things like specialism/generalism, scaleability, etc, without looking into non-playing related skills like how good they are at reading or how nice they are as a person. A common question I ask is: Would I rather be a trio witho...

Start time for Sunday is going to be 9 AM as well, in order to adjust for the lunch break and to get all the out of towners on the road by 3pm. Expecting a double round robin from 9-12 and, lunch until 1:30, and then semis and finals.

You should vote for Rein Otsason in your science player poll. A big part of Toronto's success is his specialty in the physical sciences. His weakness at bio harms him moderately, but it wouldn't be a far stretch to call him a reasonable candidate for top 5 physics players.

I'm pretty sure this format was used for ACF Nationals 2015 and CO 2016. Two brackets shared a common room and the round order was adjusted (since it doesn't really matter what order you play the other teams) so that every round, two teams from one bracket had byes and two teams from the other playe...
