If you love South America as much as the people in this thread seem to, Cueto's The Blue Hour is an excellent book you probably won't learn about through quiz bowl.

What would be wrong with leaving some discretion to NAQT officials to determine whether or not teams can shuffle players between SCT and ICT? The default could be no shuffling, and teams could make appeals if they have a legitimate reason to alter their rosters.

Chicago B beat Chicago A in a two-game advantaged final. Chicago B also won the Undergrad title, and Truman State won the Division II title. I'll have stats up tomorrow.

Parking information can be found here, and a campus map can be found here. I would recommend parking in lot 26 along Observatory Drive because it is free, and it is close to the tournament.

For what it's worth, Wisconsin will almost certainly have at least one team at every tournament held in Minnesota during the spring semester of this year.
